At present, the model-teaching of biology in high school generally based onconstructivism, but constructivism faces various difficulties of which not focusing onthe structure of knowledge, over-emphasising the independent construction ofstudents instead of the instruction of teachers, and this results in problems such ashard for teachers to controlling the progress of course, the problem of low efficiencyand so on."Deconstruction-Construction" Instructional Theory is a new wasInstructional Theory which has been proposed based on the deficiencies ofconstructivism Instructional Theory. It emphasizes on students’ prior knowledgestructure deconstruction, and on the basis of that to construct new knowledge. Basedon the theory of "Deconstruction-Construction" Instructional Theory and thepractical problems of model-teaching of biology in high school, this paper designed apractical teaching scheme base on "Deconstruction-Construction" InstructionalTheory for model-teaching of biology in high school, which provides a new form ofmodel-teaching of biology.This research adopted literature study, questionnaire survey method, interview,experimental method and so on. And here is the effect:(1) summarized the theories ofthe "Deconstruction-Construction" Instructional Theory;(2)through questionnaireand interview research, finds some problems of model-teaching of biology in highschool;(3)through practice research, compared the modeling process and result ofmodel-teaching of biology base on "Deconstruction-Construction" instructionaltheory with that traditional teaching method(Teacher-centered or self-construction).Results indicated that, students in the experimental classes has more engagement andenthusiasm,and higher successful rate of models activities than the comparative classon the modeling process;the experimental classes has higher scores in test than thecomparative class on the modeling results.Meanwhile, by researching on theory and practicing on teaching, this papersummarized the "Deconstruction-Construction" teaching steps as follows:(1)reviewthe old model the lesson;(2)analyze the contact between the old and new knowledgein leading-in;(3)break the modeling to tender into parts;(4)gather the parts and finishthe model.
