Wushu is one of the fine traditional culture of China, to inherit and carry forward wushu has important and far-reaching significance.Wushu education is to inherit and carry forward the key of Wushueducation mode, the construction of martial wushu education goal is to realize the important aspects. Overview of the predecessor's research found that the existing problems in the Wushuteaching is shown as: the teaching form a single, teaching concepts backward, its teaching content is simple routines and technical movements, rarely attack meaning, fitness philosophy movement and abundant culture connotation, students don't like the content such as the Wushuclass;Think of Wushujust routines, "impractical" etc. Facing these problems, many experts suggest a variety of education mode, and in different plays a positive role, promote the education research of debate Wushueducation development and martial arts.Admittedly, colleges are the important cultural innovation talented territories, shouldering the tradition and the modern culture inheritance, innovation and development of important mission.Wushu condensing Chinese traditional many excellent cultural factors in today's college, how the development of wushu dissemination become important proposition.This study, based on this background, with "cultural deconstruction" thought as the breakthrough point, through the investigation and development status of Wushuteaching in wushu culture deconstruction teaching model feasibility and operability, and on the basis of experimental results, further discussed in Wushuteaching in colleges of education target, theoretical basis, operating procedures, achieve conditions and teaching evaluation, etc, so as to the specific problem of wushu culture deconstruction constructing university teaching model.Wushu education reform to provide theoretical and practical basis, for education and health education college quality of implementation, and to inherit and carry forward national culture play a positive role in promoting this.Studies specific adopted literature data method, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and experimental method.Tongji university in Shanghai on teaching experiment. Experiment with two PingHangBan of Grade ten 60 students(30 students for every class) as object and divide into the group and the control group.Experimental cycle for 16 weeks, every week 2 section wushu classes. In the experiment, Wushu culture teaching and traditional deconstructed model for the comparative study, discusses two kinds of teaching mode to student's physique, physical, mental health as well as participation in Wushuactivities interest and Wushuculture cognition to the differences influence.Results:1.The Wushu culture cognition, experimental skills are better than control group. 2. After the experiment in "vital capacity" group compared with control indexes increased significantly. 3.Before and after the experiment in experimental comparison of each index itself, standing long jump, vital capacity, steps experiment and grip etc. Has greatly improved, showing significant differences. 4.Mental health index" obsessive-compulsive disorder sensitive" "interpersonal relationship"" depression "and" hostile"etc., compared with control group, showing a significant difference.Conclusions:1.Initially constructs the college wushu cultural deconstruction type teaching mode, this model has certain feasibility and operability.The specific performance of the model in teachers, students have more interest than traditional mode.2.Mode to unifying theory, cultural deconstruction thought and constructivism theory as the theoretical basis to study martial art, cultural discussion and actual combat attack as the core content, explain comprehensively construct the students' Wushucognition; Mode provides multiple teaching form, can be very good to mobilize Wushuclass culture atmosphere, improving students' interest.3.Compared with the traditional Wushu teaching mode, Wushuculture deconstruction of mode of teaching students' bodies, physical and mental health promotion and improvement has more advantages. Physical improve mainly displays in improving grip; Physical improvement mainly reflects in standing long jump, vital capacity, steps experiment and the improvement of performance; Mental health improve mainly reflects in "obsessive-compulsive disorder" "sensitive interpersonal relationship" "depression" and "hostile" such indicators positive changes.Suggestion:1.Because of wushu culture deconstruction type teaching pattern involving martial art learning, cultural discussion and practical aspects, attack interpretation of each part time distribution, methods appropriate use of etc to be further investigated.2. In view of cultural deconstruction martial arts teaching mode of the martial arts culture and discuss (mainly involving martial arts important literary) as an important aspect of wushu classes, the related wushu theory books much, it is quite necessary to interpret martial arts classic editing and publishing passages, so that it can better serve the school martial arts education development.
