Study On Dilemma And Ountermeasures Of Less-Developed Areas Higher Vocational Education Development Of Guangdong

In China the higher vocational education is an important type of the higher education development, It cultivated the production, construction, service and management of first-line high-quality skilled personnel of the mission, One of the main characteristics of higher vocational education is to serve the development of regional economic. Guangdong province is major economic area in china, Western Guangdong, Northern Guangdong belongs to less-developed areas, the main reason of the economic and social underdevelopment is the lower quality of workers and shortage all kinds of talent, especially the lack of change the high-tech into practical techniques on skilled talents in the front line of production.At present, the development of Higher Vocational Education is not balanced in Guangdong Province, in the less-developed areas, the higher vocational education is affected by the shortage of funds, the not clear positioning, the lack of "Double Teachers type" teachers and other factors, Encounter the development difficulties, it is to make the thorough discussion on the urgent need for the developing orientation and service. How to seize the historical opportunity on implementation of industry and labor "double shift" strategy in Guangdong Province, in the service process of less-developed areas,Less-developed region government and Higher Vocational Colleges should seriously study an important task to explore a sustainable development road of higher vocational college. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of higher vocational education not balanced development in Guangdong Province, the theory from the perspective of educational economics, made a detailed analysis of the main difficulties in the development of less-developed areas Higher Vocational Education in Guangdong Province. Study shows:the backward idea of education, absence of a defined role of government, not accurate position of colleges and other reasons, it resulted in the shortage of funds, the pressure of student source, lack of teacher strength and other outstanding difficulties of higher vocational colleges in underdeveloped areas of Guangdong, this paper argues that the three aspect will solve this stage difficulties of Higher Vocational Education In less-developed areas of Guangdong province.the first is that the government should play the leading role, increase investment, policy support; the second is that the enterprise should update the ideas and actively participate in Higher Vocational Education; the third is to clear positioning, innovation management in higher vocational colleges, cogent to serve the local economy.
