With the gradually accelerate the process of popularization of higher education, higher educationservices market in China is gradually opening up, continuous enrollment of college and private collegesand universities gradually adding more and more intense competition in the higher education market.Private colleges and universities in order to survive to develop must be analyzed on its own internal andexternal environment, education marketing strategy worked out for their own development.The paper combines the theory of marketing strategy, carried out research on the the Djibo educationcompany’s marketing strategy. First, the paper summarized involving the full theory, expounded the basictheory of marketing, and services marketing concept, marketing tools and articles used in the introduction;then, the papers on the Djibo education company marketing is an overview and analysis of itsmacroeconomic environment and competitive conditions, and the use of STP analysis to conduct a detailedanalysis of the marketing of of Djibo education company; once again, the papers from the product strategy,tariff pricing strategy, channel strategy, promotional strategy and service strategy, several the main aspectsdiscussed in detail, formulating of Djibo education company specific marketing strategies; Finally, theproposed networking education platform should vigorously develop the network marketing and relationshipmarketing, improve service levels to take appropriate safeguards.Article Djibo education can help to establish the scientific mode of marketing and management tools,the use of modern management theory to solve the problems in marketing. Conducive to the company’smarketing activities to carry out and control of market risk.
