| Since the80’s of last century, Europe and America countries launched a trend ofrethink. And the trend quickly is popular in the world. With China’s education reformdeepening, more and more people realize the important of teaching rethink foreducation teaching. The education research now focus on the method of improveteacher’s teaching rethink ability.This study is based on the teaching rethink theory and practice of predecessors,through study the present situation of teacher’s teaching rethink in linyi areaelementary school. This questionnaire survey is made of such questions: the contentof the teaching rethink, the approach of the teaching rethink, the behavior and attitudeof the teaching rethink and the environment of the teaching rethink. We want to findout the problems from this result. Finally, we can find the ways to promote theteachers rethink ability. The author hope to through the research of teaching rethinkfind out the ways and methods can improve teachers’ teaching rethink ability, andthrough the analysis of the related theory to improve the teachers’ understanding ofthe teaching rethink, deepen the understanding of teachers for teaching rethink.This research mainly is divided into five parts, the first part: introduction, mainlyintroduces the teaching reflection research background, domestic and foreign researchpresent situation and research significance, methods. The second part: research ofteaching reflection of the related concept. The third part: study the teacher’s rethinksituation in linyi area and analysis it. The fourth part: according to the survey putforward the corresponding improving teachers’ teaching reflection ability strategy.The fifth part is a summary and outlook. |
