This article mainly using questionnaire investigation, literature research,classroom observation and interviews and other methods were studied. In a highschool biology teachers and their students as investigation object, the investigation ofbiological classroom use of multimedia teaching present situation, effect, problem,multimedia hardware facilities and the courseware, and so on and so forth. The mainpurpose of this paper is to understand problems arising from the use of multimedia inhigh school biology class, and put forward reasonable Suggestions andcountermeasures in view of the problem. To perfect the multimedia teaching, optimizethe structure of classroom teaching, improve teaching efficiency, to really play out theadvantages of multimedia teaching.This research mainly by questionnaire investigation into high school biologyteachers and students, through the analysis shows that teachers’ lack of training ofmodern education technology, for courseware production have some problems; Withinthe classroom and students think that multimedia teaching capacity big, the process isfast, can’t keep up with rhythm, the multimedia teaching environment is poor. To theseproblems put forward the following Suggestions:First, the school must strengthen the teacher training computer operationknowledge application and courseware, multimedia, etc. Through training tostrengthen teacher’s ability to make courseware, excavate the potential of teachers andcultivate their ability of independent production of courseware.Second, to establish a system of campus network will be uploaded to the networkmultimedia teaching courseware, published online on campus electronic courseware,convenient for the students to query and download. Because the classroom capacity,remind students to do a good job preview before class, in order to achieve the bestlearning effect.Third, the teacher at the time of making courseware to reduce unnecessary voice,image and animation attract students senses, to reduce the words on the screen, as faras possible, each at least ensure that students accept normal range, in the teachingprocess, teachers’ language and the blackboard to attract students back into a state oflearning.Fourth, the traditional teaching and multimedia teaching in the classroomteaching cross use, can’t fully rely on and long time use of multimedia, combined withthe new standard appropriate reasonable choose the content of the application ofmultimedia teaching.
