School president, as the manager of whole campus, plays a very important role and is ofbig influence for the campus development. To make sure the development of education is inline with the rapid development of our economy, which requires more and more highlyqualified talents. However, the talent cultivation depends on school, and the development ofschool, to a large extent, depends on the ability and qualification of school president, therefore,school president is of vital important for the quality of a school. The development ofprofessionalized road for school president is very late and is still under development currently.In the1990s, the primary and middle high school president qualification standard was issuedby related government department, and school president related professional policy is undergradual development with government issuing different policies such as school presidentselection and recommendation policy. Even after more than two decade development, schoolpresident qualification certificate policy is still under exploration. It mainly covers current problems,research meanings, and research status and research methods.Second, mainly introduce the related theories and necessity to establish primary andmiddle high school president qualification policy. It mainly covers two aspects; one is the roleof primary and middle high school president and the other one is the professional qualificationof school president.Third, it focuses on the status analysis for current primary and middle high schoolqualification policy in China. Mainly introduce the development, reform and current statusanalysis.Fourth, introduce the professional qualification system in America and British. Manlyintroduce the school president qualification requirement, training, qualification certificate andrelated measures.Fifth, though current status analysis for our current primary and middle high schoolqualification policy and combine the experiences in America and British, the related suggestion is put forwarded to perfect and develop our school president qualification policy.
