Based On The EAP Mode—fitness Intervension Methods The Empirical Study On The Impate Of College Teachers

The teacher has been a sacred occupation, university teachers are a special group of teachers, the backbone of the development of higher education in China, they not only guide the contemporary college students moral, intelligence, body, beauty, comprehensive development, as an important task of cultivating socialist high level talents, educators, future intellectual culture, but also shoulder the important mission of innovation of science and technology, the development of the national economy, is the scientific research work of national practitioner. With the development of the university personnel system reform, especially reform of various assessment and salary distribution system, the growing university teachers face the pressure, leading to decreased quality of life, also affected the work performance, whose physical and mental health is not optimistic. Therefore, the University Teachers’quality of life and job burnout of teachers, improve health and development of higher education is an urgent problem.In this paper, the management of sports science, sports medicine, psychology, sociology as the theoretical basis of research, based on the summary of relevant literature, empirical research program to develop, design the questionnaire, select4college teachers as the research object for investigation, the research methods of literature, interview survey method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, status of the quality of life and job burnout of university teachers were investigated, according to the survey of EAP meets the need, and the use of exercise intervention method to test, analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis, multivariate analysis of variance and single factor variance the evaluation of university teachers in fitness differences before and after, the statistical result of survey and interview to discuss.In this paper, through the study on quality of life and job burnout of college teachers by EAP intervention method based on fitness, draws the following conclusion:First, at present, the health condition of the teachers in general and ordinary people have no significant difference, but slightly lower than the general population; job burnout is not serious on the whole, but the job burnout phenomenon is prevalent, working and living problems surfaced. EAP mainly by professional staff to provide professional guidance, training and consulting, to help solve the staff personal life issues and problems. Decompression, mood and emotion, excretion dredging plan better occupation career development, improving the organizational environment for colleges and universities to carry out EAP, EAP can not only for human resource management in Colleges and universities to help teachers improve quality of life and alleviate job burnout phenomenon provides an institutional platform, but also reflects the humanistic care concept, has important significance on the development and integration of human resources in Colleges and universities. Exercise intervention method as a model of EAP, it has low cost, easy to accept and easy operation advantage for EAP in the current colleges and universities.Second, the fitness way for college and university teachers in the improvement of quality of life is significant, the overall situation, the quality of8dimensions are improved survival after test, and physical function, bodily pain, general health, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health of7dimension scores improved values were significant. The fitness of different age, income and living quality of teacher effects are not the same, the experimental group above the age of45Teachers to improve significantly in7dimensions of physiological function, body pain, general health, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health,2dimensions of45years old of the following teachers’ energy and mental health improved significantly; the experimental group income of less than6000yuan for teachers and teaching assistants and lecturers,2dimensions of energy and mental health improved significantly, and more than6000yuan monthly income of teachers and associate professors and teachers,7dimensions of physical function, bodily pain, general health, energy, social function, emotional function and mental health improved significantly. Fitness path to improve the high age of teachers, high income and high professional teachers’quality of life more significant.Third, the job burnout of fitness approach can alleviate the teachers in Colleges and universities, the overall situation, the test after the burnout3dimensions are improved, and the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization2dimension scores decreased significantly. The fitness of different sex and marriage of teachers job burnout effects are not the same, the experimental group of male teachers in the lower dimension of emotional exhaustion significantly, male and female teachers are to reduce the individual dimensions of the experimental group was significantly; unmarried teachers to reduce the personalized dimension was significantly reduced, the married teachers in the dimension of emotional exhaustion was significant. Fitness means more significant on job burnout phenomenon ease the male teachers and divorced teachers.Fourth, different frequency of exercise, exercise time and intensity of exercise have different effects on improving their living quality and alleviate job burnout, the average exercise3times a week or more, exercise every time more than1hours and fitness to the " Great Khan ", the three cases in the higher quality of life8dimensions of job burnout and reduce the score of3dimensions were significantly, the fitness effect is best, to considering three aspects of exercise frequency, exercise time, exercise intensity factors in bodybuilding.This paper was obtained by means of an empirical study on the certain conclusion, but also the shortcomings of this article are summarized, mainly include:one is limited, option scalar differences and understand the difference of questionnaire. The questionnaire used in the study, superficial, inquiry about teachers’perception of quality of life and the causes of job burnout, and directly as the research results in practical analysis, there are certain limitations; in the questionnaire designed by ourselves, the definition of scalar topic options, the results of the investigation will cause some error; and each teacher’s understanding of the questionnaire distinction, easy to cause the complete understanding of the differences between the scale. Two is to observe the object analysis is not comprehensive. In this paper, only the overall effect was observed for multi-dimensional analysis differences, but the overall effect is not remarkable observation object may appear part dimensions significantly, part dimensions are not significant, ignore some of the observed objects. The three is the lack of interaction analysis of effects of exercise frequency, duration and intensity. In this study, the subjects of teachers due to physiological conditions are different, single factor variance analysis only for subjects exercise frequency, exercise time and intensity of exercise and quality of life and occupation burnout, no in-depth analysis of interaction effects of exercise frequency, exercise time and intensity of exercise among the three.
