With the rapid development of social economy, the quickening pace oflife and the increasingly fierce competition of colleges and university, thereare increasingly obvious psychological problems with the80’s married femaleteachers in colleges and universities. At present, the80’s married femaleteacher group is an important part of teachers in colleges and universities.Their mental health is the key factors which can directly affect the90’scollege students’ group. Therefore, it is necessary to draw the earnest attentionof the relevant government departments and the great concern of researchers.This article takes the method of the questionnaire and the SCL-90symptoms self-evaluation scale combined with statistical analysis, Aninvestigation has carried on the mental health and education problem of some"80’s" married female teachers, The main article divides into four parts todiscuss: on the first part, the theoretical and practical significance of themental health education study on current "80’s" married female teachers inuniversity is analyzed combined with the actual, and then the domestic andinternational current situation of mental health education research on therelevant "80’s" married female teachers in colleges and universities isrearranged, which lays the foundation for later study. On the second part, theresearch object is clarified, it is defined that the connotation andcharacteristics of the basic concepts such as the "80’s", the"80’s" femaleteacher and the mental health education of the "80’s" married female teachersin colleges and universities. On the third part, based on the statistical analysisof investigation data of the current mental health situation of the "80’s"married female teachers in colleges and university, summing up the mainmental health problems of the current "80’s" female teachers in colleges anduniversities. It is analyzed that the influence factors of the"80‘s" marriedfemale teacher’s mental health from the four aspects of society, school, familyand individual, and further illustrates that produced this profound subjectivereasons and objective reasons behind the current situation. On the fourth part,put forward countermeasures to strengthen the"80‘s" married female teacher’smental health in college and universities, first of all, strengthen social support,foster a good external environment. Second, promote the school managementsystem reform, improve the campus security system. Finally, bring subjectiveinitiative into play, enhance the psychological self-adjustment ability.
