John Dewey Revelation Of The Ideological And Political Education Of College Students

Dewey is a famous educator and philosopher in twentieth Century the UnitedStates of America, his pragmatic educational thoughts on the United States andmany other countries in the world have produced extensive and far-reaching effect.Dewey’s educational thought of broad and profound, the education idea still hasimportant guiding significance to today’s education reform. This paper focuseson the educational thought of Dewey’s "education is life","school is society"of "learning by doing""child-centered" and so on several important proposition,so that readers essence on Dewey and his education thought has a new understandingand a more rational understanding. as a reference, to explore the ideological andpolitical education reform in Colleges and universities in the new ideas, throughstudying Dewey educational thought, and provide some beneficial enlightenment forthe teaching reform of Ideological and political education of University in ourcountry.
