In one-hundred year’s strategy of a nation, education is the mostimportant basic. And for the strategy of education, teacher is the mostimportant basic. High-quality education calls for highly qualified teachers.With the rapid development of the science and technology, knowledgeupdates quickly, and the reform of the new curriculum deepens, whichgive enormous challenges to teacher. With the coming of the era oflifelong education, teachers must strengthen themselves by learning inorder to achieve professional development.Teachers’ professional development training belongs to the categoryof teachers’ continuing education, of which a cycle lasts for5years.Teachers must attend during their career. This training has manyadvantages, such as specialization, centralization, systematicness, high efficiency and so on, and it is an important way to teachers’ professionaldevelopment. Training needs courses as carriers, Therefore, to gain abetter training effect, high quality training courses must be built. Todiscuss the construction of Wenzhou chemistry teachers’ professionaldevelopment training courses, the full text is divided into six partsPart1, Introduction. It mainly describes the research background ofthis topic, the research value, and the related literature review.Part2, The theories.
