Education plays a crucial role in the development and progress of the society. As the beginning ofthe education, preschool education is the foundation of basic education and is also an important componentof national education. The quality of education in this period is bound to affect the children’s futureeducation. Our nation has put forward some targeted policies to improve the preschool education.The information technology serves as a catalyst for educational innovation in the process ofeducational informationization. Preschool education is the foundation of basic education and carries out animportant function. The intelligence of young children is in the developmental stage in the preschool period,and it is easy for them to receive the figurative knowledge. Thus teachers should not adopt the method ofnarrative in this period of teaching, but change the teaching content into the content with the combinationof the image, sound and animation in accordance with the psychological characteristics of children.Children are born to love animation, the teaching content and method meet the psychological needs ofchildren and as a result, the teaching effect will achieve better results. It can be seen that the educationalinformationization plays an extremely important role in preschool education.Due to the uneven development of economic structure between city and countryside, there is acertain gap between the preschool educational informationization in city and countryside, which mainlyreflects in the construction of preschool educational informationization, the information literacy of teachersand funds investment of preschool education, etc. These differences make the development of educationalinformationization of kindergarten in countryside lags behind that in city.The author takes the preschool educational informationization of countryside and city in HenanProvince as the research object, finding the existing problems in the construction of the preschooleducational informationization of countryside and city, by analyzing the construction of preschooleducational informationization of countryside and city in Henan Province, the information literacy ofpreschool teachers and learning the current situation of the preschool educational informationization ofcountryside and city in Henan, and analyzing the differences between the preschool educationalinformationization of countryside and city, the author puts forward some targeted policies and proposals for the optimized development of educational informationization. Hoping to have some reference value for theimprovement of construction of preschool educational informationization and teachers’ training andprovide some reference for the development of preschool educational informationization in other regions.The gap of the preschool educational informationization between countryside and city isspecifically manifested in the huge gaps of the infrastructure construction of the preschool educationalinformationization. There is a great gap on the software resource construction, soft environmentalconstruction of preschool informationalized education and the information technology capability ofteachers and the application of informatization between kindergartens in rural areas and county town orcapital cities.The reasons that generate the gap mainly includes that the uneven development of the economicstructure in urban and rural areas, the scale of kindergartens in urban and rural areas, teachers andinformationization teaching resources of kindergartens in urban and rural areas are not symmetrical.The author puts forward the following suggestions and countermeasures aimed at the gap of thepreschool educational informationization of urban and rural areas in Henan Province, increase theinvestment of educational informationization construction in countryside, consolidate the rural area’seducational informationization development, accelerate the kindergartens’ infrastructure construction, andincrease the efficiency of equipment. The kindergartens in rural areas should reinforce the development ofteaching resource database, to further strengthen the information technology training of kindergartens’teachers in the national training plan and reinforce the management of kindergartens’ informationization. |
