Study On The Socialized Operational Modes Of Logistics In China’s Colleges And Universities

Since reform and opening-up, China’s socialist market economy has been growing rapidly and higher educational reforms have been deepening. Socialization of logistics in higher educational institutions is one of the key reforms. The transformation path from planned economy to market economy operation in university logistics has taken shape, which alleviates the "bottleneck" pressure in educational reform and development and promotes higher educational development.Currently, as multiple socialized operational modes of logistics in higher institutions have emerged, the way to choose the one that fits with the local conditions and development mode has become the key and difficult point that confronts universities and logistics departments. This thesis expounds the theories involved in socialization of logistics in higher institutions and then discusses its socialized operational modes from the perspectives of economics and useful experiences of universities of both home and abroad. Then, proceeding from operational mode, it offers an in-depth analysis of dominant principles, basic components and supporting conditions of several modes. Lastly, in view of responsible subjects such as university, government and market, it summarizes the endeavors and conditions for socialization and development of logistics. In hope of offering effective countermeasures for building the system of modern enterprise with characteristics of logistics of China’s higher institutions and strengthening the management of logistics services in universities and other aspects, this thesis is of some reference value to socialized operation of university logistics.
