In China, it can develop international, practical, complex international talents, andcan get foreign diploma, more and more get the like of the students and the parents.As18th CPC National Congress held in China, the transformation of society as a whole,Chinese-foreign cooperative foundation to sustain long-term development go down, and at the same timeand public colleges competition, the teachers in this resources play an important role. Now various collegesand universities are desperately to attract talents, since1999, the university began to enrollmentcompetition by previous work behind closed doors into various colleges and universities students betweenthe competition in recent years, more and more intense, the college students competition betweenuniversity can become the key to survival, in this kind of situation, who have high quality teachers, who’sfame, who had the germ. In recent years, from the overall social situation, on the one hand, the collegeentrance examination is decreasing, on the one hand, colleges and universities in the continuous expansion,the national policy for the market, the market became the business case, various colleges and universitiesare made his unique skill, it appears the teacher talent competition became a university is the main reasonto continue. How to build a high level of teachers become Chinese-foreign cooperation for the long-termdevelopment on important issues. For public colleges and universities, the development time is long,teachers strength is abundant, and Chinese-foreign cooperation in running time is short, the talent will berelative to the public colleges and universities not competitive, which requires the Chinese-foreigncooperation in colleges and universities in the talent introduction of yeast continuous improvement, to solvethis problem, it is necessary to establish a reasonable incentive mechanism, through the incentive measuresto attract and retain the core teachers, improve the teachers’ work enthusiasm and sense of mission and sense of school loyalty.This paper to E college as an example, through questionnaire survey, tracking investigation andindividual interviews and other research methods, the E college incentive mechanism of system, empirical,case analysis, and based on this, using the graduate students learning motivation theory knowledge, to Ecollege incentive mechanism analysis of existing problems, and then puts forward the feasible solution.Through the E college teacher incentive mechanism research, to make up for the cooperation foruniversity teachers’ incentive mechanism, to improve the blank in the research of teachers to the school’sloyalty has certain reference significance. Therefore, how to motivate and manage teacher, maximum limitto prevent the loss of the core teachers, and at the same time, improve their working enthusiasm, improvethe cooperation of the core competitive power, it has important guiding role.Chinese-foreign cooperation in university personnel management, keep the vitality of teachers in isreasonable incentive mechanism, but also the core of the cooperation survival.
