The problem of education in rural areas has been always follow closely and research, whichaffect the process of the development of education, improving the quality of compatriot and the smoothdevelopment of the new rural construction. Rural teachers is the cornerstone of the building of ruraleducation, the quality of teachers is the premise and foundation for the development of rural education.In recent years, the phenomenon of turnover of teachers has led to the thinking of many scholars. Alongwith urban-rural dual structure become a basic national conditions, the phenomenon of turnover of newteachers has become more and more serious in rural. The frequent movement of teachers exacerbated theinstability of rural teachers and the development of the school.This study selected three rural schools in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng and Anyang as a cooperativeunit, which use observation, interviews, educational narrative variety of research methods to analyze theflow phenomena teachers in order to explore the reasons and countermeasures about the phenomenon ofturnover of new teachers. In this study, conducted interviews with102teachers from24schools. Amongthese, the two newly appointed teacher for long-term tracking. This research try to use narrative inquiryshowing the new teachers live and work, and then lay a good foundation for the study.This study depicts the life and work of new teachers, reproduced bits of life beginning teachersin rural areas. In addition, the study showed a more detailed analysis of the phenomenon of turnover ofnew teachers. The one hand, the new teacher flowing help to improve their living environment, and topromote the professional development of teachers, strengthen the city school faculty. On the other hand, this phenomenon also caused rural teachers instability, teachers structural imbalance, indirectly spawnedthe new round of substitute teacher, so that the school management of stock, and reduces the quality ofeducation and teaching in rural school. New teacher mobility involved teachers living needs and the needfor achievement, school management, evaluation systems, flowing system and legal protection. In viewof this, this study try to improve rural primary and secondary beginning teachers unidirectional disorderfluxion countermeasures.
