How the formation of a healthy and orderly teaching quality management system in the new era of the situation is conducive to the normal conduct of all aspects of the work of the university teaching, is a question worth considering. Students as the main body of teaching, they also plays an important and critical role in university teaching quality management. Total quality management theory emphasizes the full participation, allowing students to participate in university teaching quality management, and also can practice practical significance.This paper first main introduces international academic research on the management of teaching quality and student satisfaction in the introduction, Description of the background, meaning, ideas, methods of the topic, etc.; then mainly elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis about management of teaching quality; next by means of the survey found that some problems of ordinary undergraduate college teaching quality management:students do not satisfied with the services of management, Student participation is not high, Student Union do not exert effect, Students do not understand the teaching quality management, etc. The analysis yielded the reason for these problems is managers lack of the concept of service, information asymmetry, the lack of organization and institutional of students to participate, lack of student rights, publicity is not into place the management of teaching quality, the right of teaching management tendency to serious and so on. The last, this paper put forward six countermeasures about the improvement of the management of teaching quality:improve the level of teaching quality managers, increase the work of propaganda in the quality of teaching management, actively support the students to participate in teaching quality management, strengthen to participate in the system construction about the Students’ right, enhance the qualities and abilities of the Student involved in the management, establishment of the teaching quality information feedback improve system.
