A Study On Scientific Use Of Affective Factors In The Development Of Ideological And Political Education By University Counselors

Ideological and political education is a job concerning people, whose fundamental task is to mould good soul and cultivate sound character. So it seems particularly important for them to employ affective factor, especially to those college students with rounded personalities and active thoughts. If counselors want to be students’ life mentors and bosom friends for healthy growth, they must put affective factors to use, strive to educate students through its covert benefit of emotion.The thesis mainly includes four parts:The first part is to define such basic concepts as "affective factors""university counselor", sort out the status quo of theoretical utilization of affective factors in the ideological and political education by university counselor and demonstrate the research value and methodologyThe second part is to elaborate the importance of the use of affective factors in ideological and political education by university counselors, emphasize its status and functions.The third part mainly expound the status quo of scientific use of affective factors in ideological and political education by university counselors, and analyze its achievements and existing problems, as well as the reasons behind these problems.The fourth part mainly explores the situation in which university counselors apply affective factors to conduct the ideological and political education and offers some effective solutions.
