Research On Current Situation Of Rural Sports And Countermeasures In Hainan Province

Rural sports is an important part of sports undertakings in China, but a weak link. Asof the end of2011, China’s population of1.371billion, with674million of the ruralpopulation, achieve universal fitness goals, to ensure social stability, promote socialharmony, to speed up the construction of a new socialist countryside, it is very essential tothe development of rural sports, Therefore, the study of rural sports development is alsovery meaningful.In this paper, on the basis of the analysis in the literature, field visits andinvestigation of15villages within the scope of Hainan Province, from the status quo anddemand, the development of Hainan Province Countryside Sports depth analysis,preliminary was the conclusions are as follows: First, the development of rural sports inHainan, whether from external security conditions on the institutions, organizations,venues and policy awareness exercise habits from the peasants Sports internal conditions ina relatively backward state of rural sports and there was obvious difference compared tourban sports; second, there are many contradictions between the various needs of Hainan’srural sports and rural sports development status, has seriously hampered the developmentof rural sports. In this paper, based on the analysis and summary of these factors, theproposed policy recommendations to promote the development of Hainan’s rural sports, tocreate an institutional environment conducive to the development of rural sports; promotethe development of rural sports organizations; promote the consumption of HainanProvince Rural Sports development. Findings is expected to provide a reference forgovernment decision-making.
