Under The Goals Of Promoting Happiness Universities Intellectual Women’s Happiness Education

The Eighteenth Party Congress Report proposed "to build beautiful China", the ultimate purpose is to improve people’s well-being. General secretary Xi called on all party members and all ethnic groups work together to build the "China dream", whose essence is to realize the national prosperity, national rejuvenation, the people’s happiness." To build beautiful China and happy Chinese dream","pay attention to the livelihood of the people, let people have a happy life" have become the concept of the policy of the communist party of China. Visibly, through the ages, people are constantly pursuiting the happiness, which is a timeless topic. People’s basic views and opinions of happiness are views of happiness. To set up the correct views of happiness, education is the main method to set up the scientific views of happiness.Starting from the analysis of " universities intellectual women ","happiness", views of happiness" and " views of happiness education", carding and clearing up the research achievements of education happiness, stating happiness, views of happiness and their mutual relations. Through the writer visiting and questionnaire surveying in several universities in the city, analyzing the intellectual women’s happiness survey in colleges and universities, we can learn the present situation of the university knowledge female happiness. We affirm that intellectual women have some happiness, but think that feeling happy ability of intellectual women is insufficient, and put forward to strengthen the main way of happiness education of intellectual women Female intellectuals in colleges and universities are regarded as an important group in the process of the construction of harmonious society, they take an important role in the production and living. They are young, have individual characters and high education. There is no doubt that this research on improving the well-being of female intellectuals in colleges and universities and setting up the correct outlook on knowledge women will have very important guiding significance. Besides the introduction and conclusion, this article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is about summary of colleges and universities intellectual women’s well-being and happiness. The second chapter talks about investigation and analysis of present situation of universities intellectual women happiness. The third chapter is mainly about the necessity and the contents of strengthening happiness education of the intellectual women. The last chapter states the ways of strengthening happiness education of the intellectual women.The innovation of this paper lies in:firstly, it is the first time to put forward to the inner relationship of happiness and happiness. Secondly, it generalizes the role characteristics of the intellectual women. Thirdly, it tells the necessities and the contents of strengthening happiness education of universities intellectual women, Finally, in the ways of strengthening happiness education of universities intellectual women, it also puts forward the four combinations.
