Bibo Ping Audience Burson Course "Physics And Humanity" Teaching Practice

In the era of popularized higher education in our country, the major aims of teaching reforms in higher education is to futherly improve teaching quality as well as to advance college students’ integrative quality. Therefore, Blackboard Learning System was introduced by Nanjing Normal University and a series of Liberal Courses, a mixture of Science Education and Humane Education were set up under Blackboard Learning System as well. Physics and Humane is one of the Priority-developing liberal courses.This thesis explores how to effectively combine Science Education with Humane Education during course teaching using teaching practice of Liberal Course Physics and Humane as the entry point. First, it thinks in-depth how to carry out Physics and Humane course teaching under the concept of Liberal Education. On the basis of dissertating the content of Liberal Education, it mindreads the relation between science and human, introduces theoretical principles of Pedagogy and Psychology which are related to this research and summarizes interrelated research status as well. Next, by means of questionaire investigation, the present status of humanistic quality and scientific literacy of college students are analyzed and the college students’expectations and recommendations of the course teaching carried out under Blackboard Learning System are known as well. Third, teaching plan is carried out including the teaching aims plan, the choice of teaching content, teaching scheme design, the implement of teaching and the analysis of teaching effects. Fourth, on the basis of the development of Blackboard Learning System and Liberal course’s present situation of Nanjing Normal University, it structures and primarily exploits the network course resourses of Physics and Humane and with the aid of Blackboard Learning System, it carries out teaching practice with ’knowing great men in Physics’as the theme.
