| At present, the social awareness of vocational school students’ employment problem is far from University students’ obtaining employment, but it does not mean that employment problems of vocational school students should not be taken seriously, nor does it mean that the vocational school students’ employment problem is not serious.Employment problems of vocational school students, in particular employment problems of vocational school students in ethnic areas involves quite broad and their employment problems and caused by a number of reasons.Study on vocational school students’ employment problem in minority areas, the study and the focus is not only on the employment single.This paper firstly provides an overview characteristics of students in vocational schools in minority areas, which not only has the general characteristics, but also has its own distinct characteristics. Distinctive features are mainly the following five:job field is too narrow, pay gap, job stability is not strong, high employment rate of period, employment with low quality and regional characteristics. This paper analyzes the qualifications, skills and capabilities, national identity three factors influence on the employment of students in vocational schools in minority areas.Then we find the problems and the roots of these problems from governmental functions, social working environment, the employer and vocational schools and students themselves. At the same time draw on the useful experience of foreign vocational education combine with practical vocational education in China aim to seek inspiration to solve the employment problems of vocational school students. On this basis, we analysis government, schools, employers and students who should assume responsibility in the public issue combine public management theory.I think future settlement we can establish a Coordinating Oversight Committee which is government-administered,school and students work together solve the employment problem of the vocational students. This Committee is responsible for collecting relevant information, assess the developing direction of vocational education and the development of standards. It can offer intelligence support for the Government’s decision, self regulatory system of vocational education and promoting the employment of students in vocational schools. |
