Ant Employment Of Dominance Perspective

Ant tribes,namely,"low-income college graduates live group", their dilemma exists in such as life,emotion,employment.In previous scholars for ant tribes on the basis of studying the current situation and difficulties,the author discusses the most prominent problem that is the employment problem,and she try to use social work domain knowledge help ants to improve employment status.This study attempts to from the strength perspective to develop personal potential and resources of ant tribes.Finally using the method of case work,the author will to practice in case.Through the practice research,on the one hand,,he author improves her practical skills by continuous professional reflection,on the other hand,she wants to find enlightenment:to summarize operational ideas and methods of the ant tribe college students employment problem,to try to provide a reference for other similar studies,and to put forward possible suggestions for western ant tribe.First of all,the author expounds the research background and research significance of this article,analyzes the related literature of ant tribes’ employment problem,and defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of this article.As the same time,the writer makes a description and introduction of the main research methods,research ideas and possible innovation points of this essay.The second,the writer carries out analysis of the questionnaire,expounds the survival present situation and the employment present situation of ant tribe college students in Xi’an,also analyzes their employment difficulties.Once more,based on the analysis of the questionnaire in front,the writer makes a professional reading on the problem of employment of ant tribes by using the advantage perspective.Then,the author launches the practical research part of this article,case study is implemented in two directors respectively.The following is the reflection and enlightenment,one side,the author reflect on the whole case work,to improve her practical skills in the future,on the other side, through the thinking about the employment problem of ant tribes,the writer wants to search for enlightenment for future related research.The last,the author concludes on the basis of above study.
