After implementing the new curriculum reform of high school, senior highschool ideological and political teaching reference have great adjustment and updateboth in content and form. The political teaching reference is always being served asone of the most critical composition elements of the high school political teachingmaterial. It appears like the accessories of the political textbooks, but in the highschool political teachers practical teaching its role cannot be underestimated, andmeanwhile, it provides teachers with teaching suggestions in their teaching process.But we cannot ignore its limitations in teachers teaching, such as being divorced fromthe students actual life, being lack of the update system and being far away fromdemand of the age.This thesis proceeds from the six sections of the teaching reference andcombined with the survey feedback of frontline political teachers in Shanghai, aimsto analyze how to help teachers use the teaching reference more flexible andeffective, to carry out the human-oriented education concept, and to play the duerole of the teaching reference. This thesis analyzes the high school ideological andpolitical teaching reference from two aspects respectively. One aspect is its effect onteachers teaching; the other is the analysis of existing limitations in the teachersteaching process. Thus the author puts forward some constructive suggestions forteachers to use the reference properly.
