Life is only once for each person, however, in recent years reports of students’ suicide, self-mutilation and murder could be frequently found in the newspaper. We can’t help sighing for the high school students who neglect and be indifference to life. The lack of life education has caused the community to concern and reflect it, and the life education is getting more and more attention and recognition from governments around the world and all kinds of educational institutions. Life Education is in crying need,but in our country it is still in the exploration and in the elementary period. On December23,2004, education system in Liaoning Province started the life education project in primary and secondary schools in the whole province, and make it a rule that "life education" is the compulsory course for every primary and secondary student; In June2005, the Party Committee of Shanghai Municipal Science and Education and Shanghai Educational Committee jointly issued the " Guidelines of life education in primary and secondary schools in Shanghai (Trial)", trying to carry out life education in the city’s primary and secondary schools. Life education has attracted attention in the field of education in mainland China. While the research in life education is very much, in Chinese education of high school especially in the realm of permeating life education into aesthetic education, the research is still relatively short.The reason why we choose the Chinese class as a place to cultivate students’ life consciousness is mainly determined by the Chinese humanistic connotation. The humanity of Chinese education determines that the Chinese class plays an important role in the life education which other classes can’t be comparable to.First, Chinese textbooks cover both the world’s sparklingly advanced culture and the Chinese five thousand years of splendid civilization, including aesthetic spirit, subjective consciousness and creative ideas, etc. Secondly, In the process of Chinese teaching, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and the teachers’people-oriented thought which contains respecting people, caring about people, serving people and developing people, make students experience human life, human spirit and the melody of heart rhythm, as well as guide students to love life and cherish life so as to promote their personality and stimulate their creativity and vitality.This paper aims to try to practice permeating life education into the process of Chinese teaching and Chinese aesthetic activity. First of all, depending on equal dialogue between teachers and students and harmonious relationship among students, enhance the happiness of high school students as the seeds watered with love will naturally put forth the buds of love. Second, we can take advantage of the good literary works from both the Chinese textbooks and reading materials to affect the mind and behavior of students, help students improve their ideological realm, purify their soul, enhance the confidence and strength of life, and arouse the conscience and moral sense in their hearts. We must educate and guide students to cherish the precious life, love their lives, care for the lives of others, and revere every animate individual, so that students can feel the beauty of life and love life sincerely. Only the person with real love of life, may he defend life despite everything, to make sure there won’t be a replay of life tragedies.
