Professor is the university’s core strength and the main executor of the university’s mission.in today’s society, Professorial governance can adjust the administrative power and academic power contradictions prevalent in the college, clear the position of the main core of the academic power, develop the idea of the university of academic freedom and academic autonomy, promote internal management of higher education system, and promote higher education healthy and orderly development.
