Resilience is a good adaptation when individuals face life adversity, trauma, tragedy, threat or other major life stress, it means to recovery from a difficult experience, it is a dynamic process.Resilence which is a psychological term, began to Longitudinal study of children whose family are poor. From than on, The research on resilence bacame a focus which is based on the reflecting on the development of children. Resilience is such a personal characteristic that one behaves well under pressure or adverse circumstances.Career decision-making anxiety is individuals through the cognitive evaluation which is on the internal and external stimulaion of employment situation, anticipate dangerous and fuzzy stimulation which threat to self and self-esteem, and individuals create a strong and lasting emotional experience which is without the ablity to deal with.In the increasingly serious employment situation, graduate career decision-making faces greater challenge and pressure than before, The career decision-making problem has became one of the focus of the society. Under the subjective and objective factors of influence, graduate students have psychological unbalance problems when they are in the career decision-making situation, Career decision-making anxiety is one of problems. They show different rates of anxiety when face career decision-making. Therefore, on the basis of previous studies, we start from the angle of resilience, study employment anxiety of graduate students, on the one hand, provide certain theoretical basis whey they face anxiety; on the other hand, give them some practical suggestions when they choose their professional targets, thus, realize the rational allocation of human resources.This study used the questionnaire way, the object is260postgraduate students in Southwest University.In research methods, Friborg revised Resilence Scale for Adults and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale which worked by Zung. After collected data, take the descriptive statistics, alysis of variance, correlation analysis to analysis data. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1. Demographic variables can affect postgraduate students’resilience deeply:Graduate students’resilence have significant differences in gender.It can show in these dimensions of resilence, such as Self-efficacy-Organizational style, Social resources; In different ages, the high age of the average number of the high age in total resilence is higher than the average of the low age Graduate; In different grades, The average number of social resources dimension, Kenzo and Kenji higher than Kenichi, there are significant differences between the grade; In different major, Graduates who are in different major have significant differences in dimension of social skill sand social resources; In different family situation of graduate students, Students whose family situation are affluent and general, their average number slightly higher than the family of poor students in total resilence, there are significant differences in tatal resilence; In the different family location, there are more significant differences in the dimension of the social skills; In one-child variable, Graduates who are one-child have higher significantly than graduates who arenot one-child, there are significant differences in the social skills and social resources and the total resilence; Graduates who have work experience have higher average number than graduates who have not work experience, there are significant differences in two dimensions of the social skills and the total resilence;2. Demographic variables can affect graduate students, Career decision-making anxiety deeply:Graduate students’Career decision-making anxiety have significant differences in gender. In different ages, there are significant differences; In different grades, The Kenzo graduates career decision-making anxiety score higher than Kenji and Kenichi, the significant differences exsit in different grades; In different major, The liberal arts graduates career decision-making anxiety score higher than science graduates, there are significant differences in major; In one-child variable, Graduates who are one-child have higher significantly than graduates who arenot one-child, there are significant differences in career decision-making anxiety; Graduates who have work experience have higher average number than graduates who have not work experience, there are significant differences in career decision-making anxiety;3.An obvious negative correlation exists between resilence and career decision-making anxiety:The dimensions of social ability, family cohesion, social resources and self-efficacy have negative correlation with career decision-making, and the correlation is very significant.
