The purpose of the study was to investigate career decision-making anxiety of the postgraduates and its influencing factors. The study using questionnaires random selected 400 masters from five universities in Fuzhou. Random sample survey showed that the degree of masters'career decision-making anxiety was medium, and the constitutive elements of it ware worrying about doing harm to self-esteem, lack of self-confidence, employment pressure, worrying career choice, family stress, concerning about working conditions and lack of employment guidance. So postgraduates felt the most anxiety factors ware the employment pressure and lack of employment guidance. In the demographic variables, anxiety level of the postgraduates of female,24 and 28 years old, no work experience before admission, unmarried and careers of art was significantly higher than males, any other ages, who had work experience before entry, who had married and other major postgraduates. The study also examined demographic variables, locus of control and coping styles on the prediction of career decision-making anxiety, the regression equation was:career decision-making anxiety of postgraduates=0.166×opportunity+0.152×fantasy+0.267×gender+0.222×self-accusation -0.165×whether had work experience before admission +0.203×powerful others. Using path analysis validated the hypothesis, the study draw the structure model diagram. There ware five significant paths in the grads of anxiety influence paths:locus of control directly impacted on career decision-making anxiety; locus of control in response to means-mediated indirect effects of the variable career decision-making anxiety; coping styles directly impacted on career decision-making anxiety; gender directly impacted on career decision-making anxiety; whether had work experience before admission directly impacted on career decision-making anxiety.
