The importance of education goes without saying. Scientific education is an indispensable part in the education system. At present, according to the trend of the scientific education’s development around the world, the value orientation of scientific education of middle school has been viewed as "improve national scientific literacy" and has already obtained certain achievement. However, there are still many problems in the scientific education of our middle school. There is still a huge gap between our scientific education of middle school and that of the worlds, there is still a long way to go in reforming and improving our scientific education.The philosophy of science is the theoretical basis of scientific education which has a guiding role in it. The turns of the philosophy of science reveals the general laws of development of science and technology, which makes us, have more comprehensive understanding to the scope and value of the science.The whole article is divided into four chapters:The first chapter is the summarization of the science education, which provides theoretical basis.The second chapter analyzes the current situation of the middle school science education in our country.The third chapter analyzes the problems of middle school science education in our country. These problems are reflected in curriculum, teaching material, teaching process, assess.The forth chapter is the key part, which puts forward the measures to perfect the middle school science education in our country.
