With the deepening of education reform, people understanding of studentslearning evaluation is shifting. In1998, Shanghai second curriculum reform, includingof course matching with students learning evaluation way of reform. According to theministry of education on promoting evaluation and examination system reform inprimary and secondary school notice file and the Shanghai second curriculumevaluation requirements, the Shanghai education commission base compiled in the"Shanghai middle school students growth record book"(hereafter "growth record"),started in Shanghai in September,2004,2005, carries on the revision."Shanghaimiddle school students growth record book" trial for8years, still use on theproblems and the insufficiency, needs to be perfect and optimized.This paper from the perspective of discipline,"growth record book" juniormiddle school geography part use status quo investigation by questionnaire,analyzing the growth record of junior middle school geography in the course of usingthe part of the problem. On the basis of the reflections on problems, according to thetheoretical principles, attempts from the perspective of geographical comprehensiveevaluation on the current junior middle school geography part to optimize growthrecord, and design a new plan. Through the experiment of the new project, furtherputs forward Suggestions for the new plan implementation.This topic research found that the growth record in the junior middle schoolgeography part to a certain extent, help teachers change the traditional concept ofeducation evaluation, reflects the way pay attention to the evaluation process, topromote to carry out the qualitative evaluation advantage. But in the use ofevaluation subject is still exist in teachers, evaluation of present form a single,teachers ignore the qualitative evaluation, evaluation of standard uncertainty, theproject results cant display. On the basis of the investigation and study, based onconstructivism and multiple intelligences theory "growth record book" junior middleschool geography part of the new scheme is put forward, the optimized design. Newproposals from the knowledge and skills, process and methods, emotional attitude and values, and the three-dimensional aspects of evaluation, makes every effort tothe integration of evaluation. New solution in two different types of schoolexperiment, finally puts forward Suggestions for the new plan implementation,change teacher evaluation concept, improve teachers evaluation of literacy; Torelated education of students, to develop students ability evaluation guidance;Evaluation into the classroom, make evaluation of the teaching process; Notice tocollected works, promote the evaluation of network platform development.
