In this paper, the research focus on the cultivation of students ability ofdialectical thinking. Dialectical thinking ability has a significant effect on the studentsworld outlook and scientific outlook. In junior high school geography textbookcontains rich dialectical thought material. Man-land relationship is the focus of thegeography scientific research. Sustainable development is the purpose of geographyeducation. Whether the development of students thinking and learning of geographyscience needs to cultivate students ability of dialectical thinking in the junior middleschool geography class.Therefore, this paper has two main purposes: one is mining geographytextbooks of dialectical thinking material; the two is to cultivate the studentsdialectical thinking ability in the teaching practice.This paper defines the ability of dialectical thinking.
