The new media is the use of digital technology, network technology, the form of mass communication and interpersonal communication through the Internet, broadband LAN, wireless communication network, and satellite channels, as well as computers, mobile phones, digital TV terminal. The era of new media have an important impact on young people, especially college students, college students of community college students is the most commonly used spaces of new media for communication, enjoy the convenient environment brought about by the new media, new media will be through student organizations have a negative impact on college students. Therefore, to find the new role of the media in’Associations in identify new media a concrete manifestation of the negative effects can be targeted to develop positive on community management strategy.Empirical research ideas, the main way and the pros and cons first through interviews, community management, ideological and political education in the field of experts and scholars as well as the person in charge of the management of all community college students access to new media student organizations, student organizations use new media the means to deal with the negative impact of the new media.
