As the first link of training activities, is also the most basic and key part for training activities, analysis of training needs determine who need training and what training is required, only pay attention to the analysis of training needs can make the training activities pertinently and effectively.In this paper, i use the method of questionnaire and interview, the questionnaires are given to teachers from5kindergartens in Wuhan.110questionnaires are sent out and101are effectively collected. Collection rate is91.8%. This paper discuss the characteristics and reasons of on-the-job training demand of Kindergarten teachers in Wuhan.And analysis the legitimacy and rationality of the teacher training needs.According to the analysis, put forward some suggestions.The study demonstrates:In the aspect of training content,"skills and capacity" demand was strongest, and then is researching,the last is teaching theory.In the aspect of training mode,"watch out" is the most popular, and then is "expert teacher guidance","master-prentice teaching","participatory training" respectively in the last three, the needs of teachers is not high.For the trainer, trainer with rich experience is more welcome. For the training timetable, training during working time or summer and winter vacation..is preferable.In conclusion, I think, preschool teachers training should focus on the following points:(1) training programs deal with the relationship of individual demand and expectations.(2) the training content enphasize the lead and target.(3) the form of training combine the traditional forms and innovation forms.(4) training teachers balance the theory and practice experience.
