The current aim of education in our country is to achieve Educative Democracy, Educational Equity and the Balanced Development of education; focus on individuality, human-centered and attach importance to the Value of Education. We should transform inferiority into superiority with the decrease of the enrollment, reduction in the size of classes and excessive supply of Educational Resources. The primary connotation of Class Size Reduction is to make use of rich resources ofeducation, create a quality learning and teaching environment, adopt personalized and multifarious teaching methods/strategies to improve the comprehensive quality, make sure that the students get overall personality and character development.Class size reduction is the trend of education development in the future. This article aims to explore how to effectively carry out chemical classroom teaching based on small-class pattern and how to help students get the maximum and optimization development by improving each link of junior middle school chemistry teaching. This article discusses the related theory problems of small-class pattern in junior middle school chemistry teaching based on the present research from home and abroad by using the research methods of cases, investigating, doing research, analyzing and summarizing. This article does a lot of research in the formation of the teaching scheme on small-class pattern, students’ learning guidance in small-class pattern, using different teaching means of electronic whiteboard, experiments, guiding cases and so on, based on the teaching ideas and learning styles on small-class pattern in junior middle school chemistry teaching. This article also uses the ways of multiple evaluation to promote development function and puts forward the summary and reflection with good effect in the reality on small-class pattern in junior middle school chemistry teaching.
