Through comprehensive study, this paper draws the following conclusions:First, Chenjinglun sports school swimming’s events are vigorously surpported by national, provincial sports bureaus, sports bureau of Hangzhou and the schools and other departments at all levels; policies,regulations and infrastructure are complete and the investment is enough and the funding source is wide,all of those provide an important guarantee for the smooth training. Second, Chenjinglun sports school’s swimming coaches are of small ages, but their educational qualifications and titles are high, and they hold high skills and earnest rigorous attitudes in coaching,and more than50%of the coaches have trained star athletes.It can be called as the team of top luxury cosmetic in swimming coaching in the amateur sports schools.Third, Chenjinglun sports school swimming coaches have recognized the importance of training and scientific research, and participated in more swimming events and scientific researches and improved the theoretical levels, which can convert training experience into practice, and are beneficial to the stability of the swimming training the sustainable development. Coaches’ training plans and contents are made in line with children’s physical and mental development characteristics and good for the completion of basic training and the maintenance and improvement of sports skills in the future.Fourth, the selection of swimming reserve personnel is reasonable and effective.
