Teachers Colleges Of Applied Chemistry Majors' Practicing Ability Training

In21st century, with the rapidly developing science and technology, the society requires people with higher ability, and the competition becomes more and more drastic. The modern educational conception is changing gradually from knowledge theory to development theory, and the practical ability and creative power have become an important standard of high quality person. In order to meet the age’s demands, the applied chemistry department is set up in normal college one after another, which provides a good ground for training students’practical ability and creative power.Based on the relative research results of other colleges, the author makes theoretical and practical researches around how to train students’ability through literature research method and investigation method. The paper consists of three chapters.The first chapter discusses that the research is the demand of present age and a great act for the educational innovation mainly from4aspects:the change of educational conception, the characteristics and demands to high talents in21st century, the training goal of applied chemistry department and the present practical ability of applied chemistry department in normal college.The second chapter puts forward the concretely practical ability that students of applied chemistry department should own in normal college by discussing the practical ability in theory and summarizing what is the practical ability.Based on the investigation and analysis about the situation of students’ experiment of applied chemistry in normal college, the third chapter brings forward the feasible method to the problem, and introduces the object of teaching、method of teaching、mode of teaching in detail from how to train students’ basically practical ability.comprehensively practical ability.creative power、productive ability, respectively. Some cases are provided.The results and problems of the research are brought out so as to give some references to the implementation of further research.
