Schools for the children of migrant workers is the product of the process of China’s rapid changes in society, the current education system can not adapt to social transformation and change results. Although there is lack of hardware, weak teachers, lack of student management and many other issues, but it is at this stage of existence, not only in a certain extent to solve the problem of some cities in the compulsory education of migrant children, to ensure educational equity, and enhance migrant children for the city’s identity, but also another aspect to ensure the effective implementation of compulsory education. Its low charges is also very attractive to the families of migrant workers, at this stage, the presence of schools for the children of migrant workers has its special practical significance.Exist in schools for the children of migrant workers, school teachers of children of migrant workers is a special group of teachers, There are so many aspects different from the private school teachers like wages, welfare, subsidies, social security and so on, school teachers of the children of migrant workers is not only education to the specific embodiment of the humane care, but also insight into the living conditions of migrant children school teachers looking to improve the living conditions of these teachers countenneasures to help better invested in a good measure of the working life.Research the survival status of the school teachers of the children of migrant workers, not only can promote the development of school education of children of migrant workers, but also provide a valuable reference for the relevant departments of education decision-making.The four schools in Yangzhou and Changzhou contrast object addition, five public schools and an ordinary private school teachers’survival status connotation analytical starting investigated teachers’material living situation, social five aspects of the support conditions, physical and mental health, professional identity, status, and professional development of teachers’survival and development of state school teachers of the children of migrant workers have low incomes, lack of policy concern, worrying physical health, lack of career planning and other issues from school the edge of society, school management, special working environment, lack of professional development planning, analysis, use foreign charter school’s successful experience in education, from government, schools, teachers, to establish a rational system of rotation, the parents training and other aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.
