The Research Of "the Combination Between School And Enterprise" To Cultivate Elite Athletes About Five-a-side Football In China

Futsal is an important way to cultivate soccer talent because it only requires several person to play on a small field with high technique requirements. Therefore playing and developing futsal can foster reserve soccer talents and promote athletics level as well as accelerate the development of football. Since the Futsal team of our Hubei University has adopted College-enterprise cooperation mode in2006, it has won five consecutive championships on Chinese Football Association futsal Serie A, five consecutive championships on finals of undergraduate football league matches, and four consecutive championships of Foot Association Cup. The team also cultivates10key players for our national futsal team, and they take part in World Futsal Championships for two times, on which they performed very well. It can be seen from these facts that our College-enterprise cooperation mode has achieved proud performance on cultivating futsal talents. It has been another successful case to foster high level athletes following Tsinghua mode and Beijing Institute of Technology mode.This thesis studies the College-enterprise cooperation mode of cultivating national high level futsal talent method and the developing direction of university high level sports, which take College-enterprise cooperation mode of Hubei University as research object, and takes interviews with team leaders, coaches, and players of Dilong football team. These finding shows that College-enterprise cooperation training mode has greatly improved athletics level of our Dilong football team, and won glory for Hubei university,Wuhan Dilong club as well as our country. By researching deep into College-enterprise cooperation mode, it can be concluded that the players’qualities is the premise of success; professional coach is the guarantee of success; College-enterprise cooperation mode and are resources sharing the key to success. By comparison with the and advantages and disadvantages of College-enterprise cooperation mode, we can see its advantage lies in:it adapts the characteristics of futsal and makes it played in universities; it breaks the barrier between departments and beneficial conflict and promotes full corporation between universities and clubs; it push forward futsal played widely. The disadvantage lies in:player could not be cultivated and trained scientifically since teenagers; its professionalism is low which undermines its long-term development. As for the advantage and disadvantage of College-enterprise cooperation mode, we suggest that the investment should be increased, and professional playground be built; the government should intensify support for futsal; reasonable and good backup talent system; effort should be strengthened to publicize futsal to enhance its influence on people and make our best to improve national football athletics level.
