In chemistry teaching to arouse the students’ positive, active, consciouslearning enthusiasm, realize the students all-round development, so inchemistry teaching attaches importance to the cultivation of non-intelligencefactors work to have the very vital significance. In all types of schools at alllevels in various disciplines teaching has already begun on the study of non-intellectual factors, chemistry discipline is no exception, non-intelligencefactors in chemistry learning achievement influence in many research resultshave been confirmed, but so far, the local area for the study of non-intellectual factors are not just as one wishes. This paper in the domestic andforeign research review based on non intelligence factors, combining with thelocal high school students’ Non intelligence factors in chemistry teaching,questionnaire survey, study psychological tutoring to explore aspects ofteacher training students’ Non intelligence factors in an effective way, and inthe one or two class of the empirical research, and through data analysis,confirm the non intellectual factors culture strategy is effective, carries on theanalysis to the findings concluded:(1) students’ non-intelligence factors to acertain extent, improve the academic performance of students, the level ofteachers’ training can be improved;(2) chemistry teachers in the teachinglinks of permeability of non-intellectual factors, full understanding the needs of students, has the sense to stimulate students learning motivation, interest,raises the student good will quality and positive emotional attitude;(3) toenhance students’ Non intelligence factors self consciousness level and selfregulation ability through extracurricular learning psychological counselingactivities;(4) both in class and after class, long-term training the cultivationof students’ Non intelligence factors effective way.
