The Ministry of Education proposes that teachers should accurately analyze students' learning to promote personalized teaching.Students' learning includes intellectual factors and non-intelligence factors, and there is a correlation between students' learning and academic achievements. This research focuses on the nonintelligence factors in chemistry learning and uses statistical methods of cluster analysis to study the relationship between non-intelligence factors and chemistry academic achievement.First, this study analyzes the connotation and composition of non-intelligence factors in chemistry based on relevant domestic and foreign literature, and conducts indepth research in chemistry learning motivation, attitude, and self-concept.Then search the corresponding non-intelligence factors measurement methods and questionnaires, and make appropriate adaptations based on the three questionnaires MSLQ,ASCIv2 and CSCI.In order to achieve better clustering, this study uses SPSS to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, and uses AMOS to establish a structural equation model,so that each clustering variable has good internal consistency and differential validity.Cluster analysis was performed on students from the perspective of nonintelligence factors and the perspective of chemistry academic achievement, and the results found that students between different clustering groups had significant differences in their chemistry academic achievements and non-intelligence factors. In addition, after clustering from different angles, students from different clustering groups have significant correlations between their non-intelligence factors and their academic achievements. Therefore, the use of cluster analysis can help teachers analyze the student's learning and promote students' chemical learning.
