Wuhai City Primary And Secondary School Teachers’ Educational Scientific Research Management Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

According to the35schools of Wuhai city, this article is written based on the investigation as graduating thesis. In this paper the author mainly describes and explores present situation and problems exist in education and scientific research managemen in Wuhai city’s primary and secondary schools. The thesis is divided into six parts.In the first part some related concepts are defined, including: education and scientific research, education and scientific research as well as the characteristics of education scientific research management concepts are briefly introduced.The second part is about scientific research of education and education and scientific research management and other related aspects of research content at home and abroad and do research on current situations which are undertook.The third part mainly introduces the research target and the content of the Board of Wuhai education committee teaching and do research on research management, investigation content, investigation using the method and the result of the investigation in the city of Wuhai.The fourth part is the main part of the article, in the part the author carefully researches and analyzes in detail on the main problems and causes existing in scientific research masnagement of, primary and secondary education in Wuhai City. By analyzing the problems, the author finds the following three problems, such as, the education and scientific research management guiding ideology is not clear, the scientific research management system is not perfect and imperfect aspects of conventional management.Based on the reasons analysis, the author focuses on four reasons:the first one is that managers of scientific research quality is on the low side, not aware of the importance of scientific knowledge; the second one is the standard for evaluating guidance is unclear; the third one is the lack of scientific research environment and the basic condition; the fourth one is the application of scientific research and popularization. The fifth part mainly summarizes the existing problems and causes and puts forward the improvement measures. Mainly includes the establishment of educational research in primary and secondary schools security incentive mechanism, enhance the school scientific research quality of managers to change concepts and clear guiding ideology.The sixth part of the thesis is a brief summary.
