The Research On Problems And Solutions Of Practice Teaching In Higher Nomal Colleges

Practice teaching is an important part in education teaching in normaluniversities and the important guarantee for the training of qualified teachers.Through the practical teaching, basic theory and basic skills integrated in theeducation and teaching practice can be learned, the change of social rolesfrom ‘student’ to ‘teacher’ can be adapted step by step, the modern educationconcept, modern teaching technology and the skilled basic teaching skills canbe grasped, good personality and social adaptation ability can be haven, bystudents. In the background of promoting the basic education reform, thepractice teaching has been embodied the important platform of cohesivenessand services between normal universities and the basic education.In this paper, the development of teaching practice process in normalcolleges and universities, the basic situation in normal universities at homeand abroad and main problems existing in the practice teaching in Chinesenormal universities are researched and analysed, and the countermeasures andproposals for the improvement of the practice teaching in Chinese normaluniversities are put forward. Conclusions are as follows: Main problems existing in practice teaching in Chinese normal universities:1. The status of practice teaching has not been fully understanded;2. Lack of practical knowledge teaching and professional preparation beforethe education practice;3. Education practice time is short, pattern is single, neglecting guidance ofreflection;4. Teaching skill training was weak, and micro-standard teaching usedin practice skills training has not been formed unitive effective trainingmode;5. Practical teaching management organization and management work isinsufficient;6. Practice teaching evaluation system is incomplete.Countermeasures and Suggestions to improvement of practice teaching innormal colleges and universities:1. Set a new practice teaching perspective, and strengthen the reform in thepractice teaching;2. Reform the curriculum structure, and realize the integration of academicand normal character;3. Increase the practice teaching periods, and strengthen the classroompractice teaching; 4. Construct poly-pattern practice space, and promote effective integration ofknowledge and skills;5. Improve the practice teaching mode, and promote education practice abilityof students;6.Attach importance to the micro-standard teaching, and strengthen teachingskills training;7. Strengthen scientific management of practice teaching;8. Perfect the security system of practice teaching;9. Establish and perfect evaluation system of the teaching practice of thenormal students.
