Planning Study Of Suburban Leisure Project Development Process In China

The suburban leisure projects are growing with the development of the urbanization in China. The positive development of the suburban leisure projects is good for the construction of the integration of urban and suburban in China, and also plays an important role in settling of employment problem of the farmers, the industrial transformation and the improvement of the economic development of the suburban district.The suburban leisure projects started relatively late in China. At present, the studies of the suburban leisure projects in China are rested on the theory research and the planning&design. The development of the suburban leisure projects is lack of guidance of the systemic theories and the successful experience. From the perspectives of planning, this study chose the part of the suburban leisure projects in China as the object of study, and collected and analyzed a large number of documents, and visited and inspected many successfully developed suburban leisure projects around Beijing. This paper analyzes the element of the development of the suburban leisure projects in China, and then discusses the three steps of the concept planning, the planning&design, the operation and maintenance management, which are applied in the successfully developed suburban leisure projects. All these points above make this study scientific and practical.This study synthetically analyzed the background and elements of the leisure projects in China from the perspective of planning firstly, and then analyzed several excellent cases of the suburban leisure projects in China. It could be concluded that the development of suburban leisure agriculture in China should innovate the theory in the light of concrete, and combine the project with the existing culture, and lay stress on the readjustment of the production structure and the innovation of the structure model and other problems. Finally, the relevant countermeasures and suggestions during the production and the actual operation of the suburban leisure projects were given. The study should have an important guiding significance in the development of suburban leisure agriculture in China.
