Recently, Chinese is more and more popular in the world by the tireless efforts of theHanban. However, most Chinese learners are learning in the context of non-target language,and have to face the language environmental interference.In this paper, the author had been a Chinese teacher in a local school for ten months inNorth Luzon, The Philippines. Analysising of Chinese learners to learn Chinese vocabularyeffect in the context of non-target language.Selecting three Chinese learning grades as the study sample: Grade4, Grade6and Thesecond year in middle school. Vocabulary phonetic spelling, vocabulary glyph writing, lexicalmeaning and application are the analysis basis points. Four factors affecting the vocabulary ofthe three grades: itself, family background, school factors, and society. This paper argues thatthe phonetic spelling scores far higher than the vocabulary writing, vocabulary and lexicalapplication results of the Philippines students learning Chinese vocabulary. With studentslearning Chinese growth, students’ vocabulary writing, vocabulary meaning and vocabularyapplications results will gradually improve. Students’ own factor and family backgroundfactors are direct impact. The factors of school and social which influnece the studying interestto students in learning Chinese vocabulary.Depend on these factors, the author make some suggestion about how to improve Chinesvocabulary learing in the Phippines.
