2010was known as the “first Chinese micro-blog year”, netizens have activelyjoined this network platform. As young people, college students are interested in andinvolved in the media space. Micro-blog enrich students’ learning life, becomes thecommon concern and discussion in college students’ daily life. Micro-blog providesan observation of social public opinion, network political participation, discussion ofsocial issues platform fo college students. On the other hand, a high degree offreedom in micro-blog also created conditions for students’ micro-blog violence,allows students to become participants and victims of micro-blog violence.This paper firstly sorted out and analyzed the micro-blog violence, then tookJinan University students as the main research objects in order to find out the specificperformance of students implementation of micro-blog violence and the analysis of itscauses, finally discussed the solutions, from the micro-blog itself, society, school toconsider measures, especially from the point of view of college ideological andpolitical education. Combined with network environment and technology, to developa college micro-blog to guide students’ network consensus, thereby enhancing theeffectiveness of ideological and political education in order to regulate students’ netbehavior and avoid the micro-blog violence.The main innovation of this thesis is to solve students’ micro-blog violence underthe network environment, trying to open up a new way for college students to lead thepublic opinion of two channels and develop a college micro-blog to provide the actualoperation might, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and politicaleducation.
