The concept of cloud computing is pushed to the forefront of the times as the continuous development of computer network technology. Cloud computing is based on distributed computing, parallel computing and grid computing, it provides a mode which include customized computing resources shared pool and convenient access through the network. Computing resources include networks, servers, storage, applications and services. Using cloud computing in study can reduce the cost, diverse learning style, improve learning efficiency. There are already some cloud services which can be used in study on the internet, and widely recognized by the public. However, learners rarely use them, the reason for this is the lack of a platform that can recommend and integrate the services for learners.Based on the above background, the study focuses on exploring and attempting to use cloud services to support learning, the whole study can be logically divided to three parts.The first part introduced the concept and application of cloud computing and cloud services, explored the feasibility of applying to learning. Meanwhile, this part researched existing public cloud services which can be used in study, tested and assessed the function of some mainstream cloud services. Based on needs of online learning and resources of existing cloud services, the second part presented the way of integrating some cloud services to support personal knowledge management and online learning community. And this part discussed the content of personal knowledge management and elements of online learning community, which is theory basis of technology implementation. Finally, based on the content of personal knowledge management and elements of online learning community, the research selected some well evaluated cloud services, and integrates them into a learning support platform. The platform integrated22cloud services in all, which are considered best according to function diversity. In the case of the corresponding cloud service provides the external interface, the platform provide two versions:basic and online.The innovation of this research is the combination of advantages of cloud services and needs of online learners, and having chosen the most recognized cloud services to provide systematic services for learners.
