This article is under active construction of service-oriented government in the backdrop, for the Chinese government in recent years has been the low level of quality of service lines wandering phenomenon, public satisfaction with the quality of public service-oriented government to evaluate the factors affecting the quality of government services to be in-depth study of individual differences in the perspective of the public to explore the factors that affect the quality of service of public satisfaction with the government, so as to improve the government’s public service quality, improve the relationship between government and the public to promote the service-oriented government building to find a new path. In this paper, based on the new public management theory and the new public service theory perspective to public satisfaction oriented, quality of service for the government were studied Chucierwai, the paper also based on the research mainstream SERVQUAL rating scale based on the theory, design the five dimensions of service quality of government public satisfaction rating scale, to explore and measure the x Municipal Administrative Service Center of public satisfaction with the quality of service actual degree, and on this basis the variance analysis and processing, to explore the effects of x Municipal administrative Service Center causes of individual differences in the quality of service, and draw gender, age, party affiliation, residence, education and personal monthly income on government public satisfaction with the quality of service has a significant impact, Finally, the specific corresponding data were analyzed, the improved policy quality of government service satisfaction scores, the unique perspective of this article, choose to individual differences to analyze the quality of the government’s public service satisfaction similarities and differences between the relevant areas for future research provided important ideas.
