Objects Of Civil Rights Into The Human Genome

The gene of this object of civil rights raises many ethical and legal issues, but wehave not a specific legislation on human genes, nor have pay some attention to thegenetic rights during civil legislation. In this paper, we demonstrate the properties ofthe gene of personality right and put forward the conception of genetic right, then inreference to foreign advanced legislation of gene based on, in view of the presentsituation of legislation in our country and proposes to construct the rightsprotection gene right system as the center from the point of view of civil law, andexpounds the concrete contents of the right system of gene, including right of geneticprivacy, right of genetic equality, right of genetic self-determination and right of geneticpublicity.
