The credit problem caused by Information asymmetry has become the main conflict, hence, the credit information open becomes the focus and to set up a robust credit investigation system has become a very important strategy which will boost our market economy.Credit investigation is a long term project which demands huge investment and time. Looking back the past10years, the credit investigation system has been setup gradually on structure and legal side. However, comparing with the overseas advanced system, there is still a long way to go. The paper is based on government management’s perspective which introduces the related concept about credit investigation, credit, and credit market etc. It also emphasizes the importance of credit investigation system with looking back the development path of China’s credit investigation system, focusing on the personal credit investigation system and current situation. The conclusion of the paper is that the new direction of credit investigation system should be based on marketing the capital, and industrializing the monitor which leveraging the economical theory of Public Administration and industry practice. The conclusion can make up the gap with execution, improve the industry regulation, standardize the structure, protect the personal privacy, enhance the data collection, and emphasize the approach and strategy of dealing with concerned credit.
