The Establishment Of Inner Mongolia Social Contradiction Early Warning Mechanism From The Angle Of Social Governance Innovation

With the development of economy and the progress of the society, our country has entered the period of high-speed development and social contradiction intensifies. During this time there are many contradictions in the society. The social contradictions seriously influence the quality and speed of economic development. At the same time, social contradictions also stable pose a threat to the society. In the past decade, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is one of the most stable provinces of ethnic minority areas. It has made a lot of great achievements. During this period, however, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region also produced some social contradictions. Inner Mongolia is an ethnic minority area and also the frontier of the motherland. Its stability is very important to the country. So establishing a long-term social contradiction resolving mechanism is particularly important. Social contradiction early warning is an important part of the social contradiction resolving mechanism. The role of social contradiction early warning mechanism should not be ignored. Social contradiction early warning mechanism plays a role to prevent and dissolve the social contradictions. This paper discusses how to establish a social contradiction early warning mechanism in Inner Mongolia.First, this article lists some related theories for establishing social contradictions early warning mechanism; Second, the type of social contradictions existing in Inner Mongolia society and characteristics are analyzed and summarized, then the paper put forward the necessity of establishing early warning mechanism in Inner Mongolia; Third, this article analysis the current existing problems of Inner Mongolia early warning mechanism and puts forward the feasibility of establishing a social contradiction early warning mechanism in Inner Mongolia; Finally, combining with social governance innovation perspective, this paper put forward the idea of setting up a social contradiction early warning mechanism including the principles of establishing, system security, regulations, policies, operating system, institutional Settings, etc.,...
