The Research Of The Transition Of Government Crisis Management Under The Backgroud Of Politics By Internet

With the development and popularity of the internet, politics by internet become one of the main methods for people to participate in politics. The new way of democratic participation, on one hand, helps the government brainstorm, listens to the public and use the Network public opinion to make reasonable decisions. On the other hand, politics by internet also poses challenges to the government’s management activities, especially the network impact of the crisis which leads to more extreme characteristics of crisis and makes the government’s crisis management put forward higher request.Recently, the Public crisis events caused by network take place frequently. The network politics just like a double-edged sword and the effects caused by Public politics all depends on the government’s use of it. Through searching literature and reading, I find that there are no academic discussion about network politics and the government crisis management. The article is based on the related theory and makes the network politics and the government crisis management together. And teasing out the logical relations via case analysis method and literature analysis method in order to further analyzing the effects to the government crisis management caused by the network politics. At the same time,1compare the Xiamen PX project event, Shifang event in Sichuan Province and Qidong event in Jiangsu Province. So I conclude the ten changes about the government crisis management under the background of the network politics.
